1. Services and Payments:

1.1 We offer professional mobile car detailing services as described on our website. By requesting our services, you agree to pay the specified amount for the chosen service in full upon completion of the service.

1.2 Payments can be made using the methods indicated on our website. Failure to make payment in full upon service completion may result in additional charges or legal action.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

2.1Our policy prioritizes the safety and hygiene of both our customers and our equipment. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we do not accept bookings for vehicles with fecal matter or extreme mold infestations. These conditions pose significant health risks and can potentially contaminate our tools and workspace. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for all our clients and staff.

2.2 To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2.3 Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made at least [24] hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Travel Fee Policy

At Damon's Auto Detailing, we strive to provide exceptional mobile detailing services to all our customers. In order to maintain our commitment to quality and efficiency, we have implemented a travel fee policy for locations that are beyond our standard service area.

Service Area: Our standard service area includes places 30 minutes from the city Mounds View.

Travel Fee: For locations outside of our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. This fee is necessary to cover the additional time and expenses incurred in traveling to more distant locations. The travel fee will be determined based on the distance from our headquarters and will be communicated to you upon booking your appointment.

Transparent Pricing: We believe in transparency and will always inform you of any applicable travel fees. You have the option to accept or decline the service based on the disclosed fee.

Exceptions: In some cases, we may waive the travel fee for bulk bookings, special promotions, or other qualifying circumstances. Please inquire at the time of booking for more information.

Payment: The travel fee, if applicable, will be added to your total service cost and will be due at the time of service completion. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

4. Liability and Disclaimer:

4.1 We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle that may become more noticeable after our detailing service. We recommend that you document the condition of your vehicle before our service begins.

4.3 Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our detailing services.

5. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Damon's Auto Detailing, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to any damage caused by the cleaning process or any injury sustained during the provision of our services.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Damon's Auto Detailing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Minnesota.

Damon's Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
